By checking the Accept Liability Waiver checkbox, the OutRyder member is agreeing to the following: Payment of club dues to OutRyders, Inc. entitles me to the benefits of membership. I agree to familiarize myself with, and abide by, the bylaws and policies established by OutRyders, Inc. I understand that participating in outdoor events can sometimes be dangerous, and agree to assume all risks associated with my participation in events sponsored or publicized by OutRyders, Inc. OutRyders, Inc. leaders run events on the express condition that OutRyders, Inc., its members, and leaders shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, death, damage, loss of property, accident, or other loss of any kind, whether alleged to be caused by act or omission. I hereby release and hold harmless OutRyders, Inc., its leaders, and any or all of its members from any and all claims, causes of action, or liabilities related to events where I am a participant.
